This app is a very cool way to create colorful artsy pictures to your collection. No artistic capabilities necessary! Use existing pictures, and turn them into fun drawings, then colour them in using a variety of filters, add a frame and you are off to the races. Post on FaceBook or at to your album to use in a variety of other apps.
Well worth the purchase pics come out great. Would be nice if you could layer effects, maybe in an update?
I had given Paper Artist one star on its previous release because of its inability to adjust filters. The dev. has now corrected this and the app is now much more useful: five stars!
1)I like this app ,its really unique, but Id like more layers . Moreover, I Id like to use the original photo ( not the one with applied filters ) ),then apply effects.For example ,a face would be left without filters, but the rest of a body would be changed, then I would apply another filter to the background.
2)Why not use different photos in each layer?for now, a user can only use one photo with 2 combined effects.
2)The edges of torn paper should be more realistic .
良いアプリですが、もっと良くするのにもっとレイヤーが必要です。それからもとの写真を変えないで一分だけに効果を加えられるといいです。写真も一枚じゃなく少なくとも2枚を使いたいです(背景と前傾別々に)。でも買ってよかった。
Some bad moments
Disappointing. Works only intermittently. More often than not, it crashes soon after trying to import a photo from your photo library....
App si nice, would be more complete with the zoom
pinch feature and the crop directly in the app.
I cant find a valid email support address either. Very disappointed.
... but this is an amazing app, unlike any other Ive come across. The wealth of effects is astounding and the results are compelling.

What a great app. You will have talent you did not know you had......this app came on my Samsung Galaxy camera and I had to get it or my IPAD.... Well worth the $2.99 and then some.
